Dizzy during workout

It was my first time experiencing such weakness. I was so afraid I would faint and had to be carried out of the gym!

My workout:

5 min - Leisure walking
30 min - Jog on the Treadmill
15 min - aerobics & stretches
5 min - Leisure walking

Halfway doing stretching and aerobics, I felt dizzy, nauseous, and faint. Black dots clouded my vision. I tried leaning out the window for more air but it didn't work.

I wonder what caused such thing to happen :( I don't think I over exerted at all..
