I've decided to start tracking my water consumption. The last few days, I've been drinking about 32 oz per day. That may not be a lot, but for me it is. Cause I hardly ever drink any water at all.
I bought some of that "mio" drink enhancer. It's a liquid flavouring that you put in your water to give it flavour because honestly I don't like water cause there's no flavour to it. I find it so bland and blech. There are no calories or anything in the "mio". Makes the water taste pretty good. Basically makes it taste like juice without all the calories and sugar. Only problem with drinking more water is that I'm peeing like crazy! It's worse then being pregnant!
I'm really hoping that drinking more water will help me to lose some weight. I have a wedding dress I need to fit into by July.
I've started eating 1200 calories per day. So far it seems to be working okay. I've lost about 2 pounds.
Man is it hard though to lose weight. It's so much easier to gain then to lose. I've cut out a lot of sugar and trying to be really concious of what I eat.
I think this might be a tough journey, but I'm ready for it. I just hate dieting :-P
