Weight seems to flucuate between 151 and goal of 155.  I don't seem to have to work at it, but have learned better eatting habits. I have quite taking two meds. perscribed for pain and anxiety (not weight loss) that was causing unwanted symtoms -fatigue and shortness of breath etc.; so not worth it. I want my energies and clear headedness back. Hopefully my weight will not increase but even it it did some it would be better than feeling this way. I think my better eatting habits will assist in keeping my weight on or close to my goal. Off to a busy day.
