sleep tracker

I just wish I could get to bed before 130am.  That would be fabulous.  Lately, 3am....uggg.  Hopefully it will get better, maybe if my mood stays good I will be able to get some more sleep.  Not sitting up agitated, frustrated, repeating my thought, and worring about tomm.  Try to stay away from that, but it isn't easy.
