The title says it all, I finished the program and stuck with the change in eating habits and I can't be happier with the results.
Weight 204 day 0 ... 177 day 90 (-27lbs)
Body Fat 28% ... 21.5% (-6.5%)
Waist 42inches ... 35 inches (-7 inches)
Thigh 26 inches ... 23 inches (-3inches)
Neck 16.75 ... 15.5 inches (-1.25 inches)
Chest 40... 37.5 inches (-2.5 inches)
Bicep 16.5 .. 14 inches (-2.5 inches)
As for the next step, I still have some weight to lose and want to build more core some more. I think I'm going to do a P90x and outside activity hybrid. Part of the reason I'm building my core, besides to be a healthier me, is to allow me to enjoy windsurfing, bike riding, soccer and other outdoorsy stuff. So, I think I will replace the cardio (Plyometrics & Kempo) days with windsurfing or other activity. This should allow me to continue building strength and get the same benefits of the cardio activities.
