Since getting back into the healthy lifestyle and Tracking it all I've lost the 2lbs I put on over easter. Need to keep at it, and Identify the good lifestyle factors, and negative ones, so I can keep up the good work. Because then I will have another closer eye on it all, including the tracking. Going by how much the tracking does for me, It means the  more things I can watch and track, the more successful things will be.
