Diets are hard

I'm trying to cut out sugar, dairy a
nd have a low sodium diet... And no processed foods... Day one I messed that up going to a Mexican restaurant because I had a lot of salsa and queso.

I'm on day two now and I've realized I'm going to need some kind of exercise to see any kind of results.

I need someone to push me outside and tell me to go running or biking or really anything..

I need to get motivated!
