The weather is warm and sunny and I made it around the block. My lower back was sore after and my right knee (muscles, not joint) but some Ice and heat and bengay helped a lot.

Have to consciously remember to place feet and keep pelvis balanced and only toward the end of the walk did my right foot start dragging a few times.

Felt good to breath deeply!
