How wonderful! Started physical therapy Friday and already i can tell a difference! Although I am/was an athlete, I never noticed some of the postural things I was doing wrong. Simple exercises such as hamstring stretch, neck stretches and piriformis stretches have already started correcting weak legs, head aches and the dreaded MS Hug! Wow, I am energized and hopeful that I will regain my mobility and flexibility! Even forgot to to take my afternoon Lyrica and never missed it as the there was no nerve pain in my hands all afternoon! Thank God for PT!
