Thank you so MUCH for your reply.  Yes, I agree.  I thought the tsh was probably too high.  The problem with so many Doctors is that they don't listen & when they do, they discount important diagnostic clues that we tell them.  The thing is, what does one do when T3 and T4 are in normal range, TSH is elevated and as far as I know, the thyroid med only comes packaged in 125mcg - (which is possibly too low) and 150 + (which is probably too high)?

Endocrinologists are easy enough to find but my experience is that I need an endocrinologist with a speciality in diseases of the thyroid, not one that primarily specializes in diabetes. I was told many many years ago by my first endocrinologist that this always what I should look for when trying to find a good endocrinologist.  They're very hard to find~ and harder yet, to find a good one.

My hair used to to be so thick and beautiful, strangers would stop me and compliment me on my hair.  Today, I only have a memory of what I used to look like.  It's heart breaking when I see the reaction of people who haven't seen me in a few years.  The look on their face is so telling.  They try to be polite when they ask if it's me.  Then, apologize for not recognizing me.  Breaks my heart and makes me feel like I want to crawl under a rock and stay there.

What is your problem and symptoms? How long have you been battling thyroid disease and what do you have?  I noticed your cytomel has been raised.  What has that done for you?
