Even on vacations I weigh myself as often as possible.  When I got on the scale up here at our cabin I knew there'd be a difference since I weighed myself Friday morning.
How do I know that?  It's not that I over ate.  When I weigh myself at home it's at 4:30 a.m. prior to eating or drinking anything and I'm just getting into the shower.
When I weigh myself on weekends or vacation when I'm getting into my shower it's after I've had a couple cups of coffee, about 32 ounces of water and breakfast.  So, when I saw a 2 lb. increase from Friday to Saturday - I suspected that would be the case.
My main goal is to get below 130 and on Friday I was at 130.  While we're on vacation I'm determined that I will not be back up to my usual post-up to the cabin number of 134.  If I add up the pounds that I've lost and gained since January I bet I've lost 100 lbs.  I keep gaining and losing the same 3 pounds every week.  My chart looks like one of the roller coasters at a theme park.  
Life after 50 --- No, really, this has been life for me since I was a kid.
