I am what most people consider to be a picky eater. My regular diet consists of: Chinese buffet mostly General Tso's chicken, cream cheese wontons, fried rice, lo mein, egg rolls. I love really hot spicy foods. Very few people eat things as hot as I like it. I hear it is good for colon health, although that is not why I spice it up, I just like hot foods. My favorite dish is Pad Tai and again as hot as it gets. Pizza, Burgers, roasted chicken, brown beans, Mc Donalds sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and their biscuits and gravy, Spaghetti, steak, shredded wheat cereal, apples, oranges, banannas, tomato soup, tacos, fish, shrimp, clams, spiral cooked ham, turkey, milk, I have been trying to limit potatos from my diet. I love good breads. Peanut butter. I drink 5-6 cups of coffee per day and it is one of my passions. I even roast my own green beans when I have a coffee roaster that works. I have burnt up 4 of them. Otherwise I drink Starbucks or Krogers french roast whole bean. Strictly arabica no robusto like folgers etc. I drink mostly diet pop, I prefer to get empty calories from a good pastry rather than surgared pop. I tend to eat what I like rather than what most consider to be healthy. I just try to exercise to counter my bad excessive eating habits. I am confident that when I retire in two years that I will be active enough to keep my weight under control. I intend to buy a four wheeled pedal car that I will use instead of a gas powered vehicle for most put putting around town. I like to eat real food in real quantities and stay active. I never watch TV and am usually working around the house in my spare time.
