Feeling so much stronger

After a week and half of PT, my balance, strength and mobility are so much better! Finally the effects of the Solumedrol are reversing and I can move again. Lower back is coming along well with stretch therapy, spinal decompression and 20-30 minutes a day of walking the neighborhood. Can now make the walk without having to collapse in agony in the recliner. Feel much livelier and have more energy and can actually stand and function on my feet for more than 10 minutes at a time! Exercise has always beenmy remedy for pain and low mood so getting back to it after about 9 months of being down is fantastic. I see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Found that 500 mg of Inosine 30 minutes before a workout really helps the muscles work better. And my brain is getting reacquainted with my muscles. Yay!
