I am so depressed I am on my period n only lost 1 pound since it started Saturday I am at a point where I want to just stop eating mind u prior to this Iost 9lbs in 3 days n I am on atkins so I should be dropping like butter wth

Make sure to drink lots of water, two 32 oz containers a day! I know it sounds like a lot, but it will help.  Also walk 30 mins a day.

If you’re doing Atkins, then on Phase 1 you should see a weight loss goal of 15 lbs within 2 weeks. So if you have already lost 10lbs, your well on your way of the goal. You should aim to weigh yourself only once a week, pick any day of the week and just that day. Plus while being on your period, bloating will cause weight gain. You should see a difference after your period stops.

thank u so much guys i needed that encourgment and risa615 yes i just started working out 2 days ago and i feel so good.
