I was asked to do a photo shoot yesterday for a family reunion at
an amusement park.
I was able to travel the whole park for more then 10 hours, snapping
family photos and photos for myself, with no ill effects or extreme
pain or tiredness. I took my canes and walker along with me, left the
cane in the truck but used the walker for myself and for hauling all
the camera equipment.
I am on no medication other then Aspirin and I made sure I drank
a lot of water and utilized the shade trees in the park.
All in all it was a wonderful day and I am in the middle of editing
over 1500 photos and getting them ready for printing.
I do have to say that I think my Yoga Practice, 20 years now
