hello i just bumped into this site & i hope to receive some very much needed information here. i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a few months ago and i've been monitoring some of my symptoms but would like to see if anyone else has the same problems. every month when it's that time of the month is when everything gets the worse for me. my eyes are dryer, skin, mouth everything. migranes flare up, numbness in the face & i have trouble sleeping. it starts right before my period maybe about a week or a week and a half before and ends maybe a few days after the last day of my period. it is HORRIBLE! i wonder if anyone else has the same problem?

I was diagnosed about a year or so ago with the same thing, I also suffer migraines, they were always worse at that time of month also.I feel drained alot.this past week with the colder weather and time change I haven't felt good at all, I still work full time but I tell you some days it takes all I have to get through the day. I don't let anyone at work know,at home Im exhausted, I hurt all one understands because they can not feel the pain you are feeling.I rarely have a pain free day. I have tried aleve , that helps some, to sleep at night I take advil pm, only take 1 though, the dose of 2 tabs is too much if you have to get up to go to work, massage also helps.
