I can't stand it. It's been 2 nights in a row that I either can't get to sleep or I wake up all night long. Last night I was drenched in sweat and my heart was racing an hour after going to sleep. This happened all night long! I go through this every month. Can't sleep at night, but yet I can still nap. I get my days and nights backwards. I try not to nap...but no sleep causes my anxiety to soar and me being grouchy and spaced out all day.
