Ok Now I wake up at 6:10 and have the thermometer under my pillow. I took it and it said 97.96 and beeped rel fast so for the first time I tool it again and it said 98.46.
So weird and I will put the higher temp down cause I hadn't moved at all.

Wow I am having the same thing. I have looked everywhere on the net still no answers. When I wake up my temp is 97.7

Well my RE said to use the lower temp so I did not get a false high. Wasn't thrilled with his answer but you know I would of got a false high so he was right. Did not see it till the end of my cycle. Once you wake up you metabolism starts is why it can go up so fast. You can be thinking about something and your heart will beat faster then boom higher temp. That is why I try to do it when I am half asleep, it makes it better.
well that's what i thought so i keep recording the first one in the mourning. thank's
