Finally it is 2 weeks since I last had a cigarette.
I was never a heavy smoker, just a stick or 2 or 3 a day (at most), but that was still bad enough.
Anyway, now finally I am no longer wanting to smoke at all. This has never happened before. I have stopped before, but I've always been missing and wanting them. Don't know what has happened that is different, but finally I feel that I might have licked this for good!
Next target - no more soft drinks (I usually drink the diet stuff - and one to 2 cans a day at least several days a week), and am going to try weaning myself off cookies - will switch to oatmeal cookies without fillings instead of chocolate oreos or cream filled cookies which has been my weakness for a while and does show on my hips!
