My main goal right now is to stay focused and consistent. However, the calories that have been calculated for me are in the neighborhood of 1900 per day, this is SO MUCH MORE than what I usually have…even on my "bad days". Yet i still continue to gain. This is so frustrating. I don't think I can be comfortable on less than 1200,I had a doc tell me I should go to 800 and another doc tell me that was dangerous…I am a little concerned right now that I may not be able to lose weight. I wish I knew what is going on with me (aside from the insulin resistance) because…now, I am a bit befuddled why I haven't lost any and even gained some.
