sleep habits

Ok so even though I've always thought this, now that I have this lovely tracker I can really see this pattern happening. I can't get to sleep before work nights early, and wake up early for work around 5:45 with only hours of sleep. I do this nearly every time, then the first day off from work I get my body will not wake up to an alarm. It happened again today. For the last two days I've been babysitting my boyfriend's nephew Cooper (how adorable he is) and its been long days with him, even took a few quicky naps with him too, but felt quite tired the second day with him, even after 6 hrs of sleep before the second day. Then I went to bed reasonably early for me, and I woke up at 9am with my alarm, texted Victor, and then fell back asleep until 2:30!!!!! i still don't feel rested, but my jaw pain went up the roof, which *****, because its always better in the mornings!!! I'm just so thankful I have my newly set appointment for the surgical consult on tuesday-- instead of october 20th!!! I'm so nervous. I gotta think positively... I sure hope Victor will come with me to it, I just don't know if I'll be able to drive safely...
