Sorry you are feeling bad today. You have a lot of clean time but it still could be PAWS....or, you might just be having a bad day. Try to pull away from your feelings and think of something to do. Turn on your favorite music...go for a walk....get involved in some project you have been putting off. Try to find a way to shake off those blues and don't let negative thoughts linger in your head. Remember these feelings don't last. You will be happy again:o)
when I feel low like that I have ame day, rent yourself a few good movies,buy your favorit junk food and have some relaation,,alos try to get out in the sun for a good 15 min tommrow, it really does help to get some natural vitamin D
