have had this pain event on and off since Wed last week,or even before (many, many pain events . the past) .Not too worried/stressed about Christmas tho, it will all come out in the wash. But hate lying round. Feels like nerve entrapment or is it something to do with gut peristalsis. A few days ago I pressed in and down with my thumb (eg hands on hips thumb facing backwards) on the right side of my pelvic rim. The pain was excruciating and the pelvic visceral pain was horrendous along with overwhelming nausea and whole body pain reaction. Facial bones feel like they are being pulled out of place - find myself with a cheese grin and realise  it's actually uncomfortable, but somehow necessary. Have had some normal poo and some diarrhea and bilateral whup drup sounds in ears along with usual tinitis - prob fluid. Have had late nights. Have woken with gasps and dreamed I was suffocating unable to take next breath, actually thought I was going to die - ? sleep apnoea. Have periods of feeling fine, at least not being immobilised by pain, energised and functional then suddenly in pain, lethargic, cloudy cognition and lie down and get pulled into a deep dark sleep that is irresistible -going into and coming out of an anesthetic. Feels like something up under my liver is pulling down to iliac crest, acute burning in ASIS. tight burning at very top of thighs. In the lead up to this event I had a period with multiple symptoms, one of which is the arching of my lower back. so many muscles feel tight and require focused effort to relax them, then I find I haven't fully relaxed them or that I need to focus to start all over again. So much so that I looked up 'Intermittent cyclical tetany' just that my muscle tightness isnt spasms may I should investigate subclinical Intermittent cyclical tetany
