Went walking around Gray's Lake with a friend (2.25 miles) and wore pants to keep my legs from chafing. Having lost so much weight, if I wear shorts, they creep up and the handfuls of excess skin on the inside of my thighs rub together. So .. it was hot weather and the pants made me hotter. I forgot to bring water and the last 1/8 of the way around I was not feeling well and shaky. Knew it was from sweating and not being hydrated enough .. so ***Note to Self*** Next Time - Bring Water!
