Ok, caption section was too short. Let me continue here, LOL:

...Amethyst is the  sobriety stone and brings out courage and inner strength. I just happened across a bunch of these right before I became sober this last time. I wasn't sure why but I was drawn to it. Go figure.

Note the rough, crystalized sharp edges that converge into a tight strong center. Much like an addict, no?

Now I have to make jewelry with them :) Sobriety jewelry!

I am sure that i will love what you do with them, i don't like very conventional pieces and i am sure yours won't be :)

Weird and wonderful the way life plays its chords and music sometimes , btw... this stone of your pic is amazingly beautiful :)
