see the "dried blood" that I wrote about in a post? that's all still there. the bottom part feels slightly sticky sometimes. still feels secure on my incision. the top part is more "dry" and I was picking at it the other day to get pieces of it off. maybe I should just leave it alone? dot marks are from staples.

I think it looks great!  I looks similar to mine where there is no scab and I was told I have a little bit of a keyloid..  Anyways, we all heal at different rates and I was told to leave it alone, it will come/fall off when it is ready!  Definitely DO NOT pick if off, you don't want to make and open wound..  I always thought of my big scabs that I had like that, like a babies belly button, just clean it and it will come off when it is good and ready!

Good Luck and take care!

P.S.  I am almost 5 months post op and when I feel mine at the very top it always feels dampish, not sure why but it does...

I had a similar look as well.....and when mine felt wet I dabbed at it with a tissue...I told the Drs and they checked it....mine was ok....unless it is swollen or sore, u should be ok.
