You're beautiful and such beautiful babies you have. I've also lost a lot of weight since I detoxed in November2014. I'm also working on it. It's hard because our stomachs shrink from not being able to eat for so long. I just try to eat little things through out the day instead of big meals. It really helps. Have baggies of your fave nuts around to munch on. Lots of fruit and granola. Then I'll eat a light supper. When I got my apatite back I ate a huge spaghetti dinner. I was so sick afterwards and my tummy hurt so bad. Took me a bit to realize the little snacks through the day work best with light meals. You're doing so awesome!! ❤️
Krissy, I'm going through that right now! I get so much pain if I eat too much! I'm eating smaller portions, I snack on fruits here and there, but at dinner time last night, I forgot and ate more than my stomach can handle and started feeling awful & getting really bad pains in just under my ribcage!
Smaller portions for now..... got it!

It will get better love....or atleast that's what I keep telling myself. I'm a chef and I LOVE food. So it does suckk. Lol. But I know exactly how you feel with the pain under the ribs. I get it as well. We will get better though.
