Wow, this is very similar to my images, and I also have a small syrinx that communicates with the fourth ventricle and borderline cervical spinal stenosis. I hope you get them to listen, let us know how your consult goes, I will be sending my info off somewhere soon as well, my pcp is refusing a neurologist referral, so Im sticking with the self-refferral route.
