I hate to be the barer of bad news because diet coke is my drink besides tea. BUT the fizz in our sodas have been linked to Calcium depletion in our bones.  I'm speaking of osteoporsis, google it to learn more. Darn! Do they have to take the fun out of EVERYTHING?? I limit myself to one a day now, just in case. My sister Brenda says she knows a lady (elderly) that bent over to pick something up and broke her back. (TRUE)

Ohhhh me tooo aheart, I'm a diet coke addict...try to limit myself to one can or glass per day though..tough some days..-)
