It was really bad n lifter right shoulder and nothing worked and even 15 costisol injection failed to relieve 24/7 pain and stiffnes. lifting hand above head and to back was impossible.
MRI and specialist opinion was to live with this pain and restricted movement fotr rest of life or go for surgery.........
