Honestly man, if this is how your tongue normally looks, you're very lucky. I can only ever see about 1 or 2 lesions and they don't look particularly irritated. Many people have spots of missing papillae all over their tongues and an associated burning sensation especially when doing things like chewing gum... Yours is a practically asymptomatic case.
