The reasoning behind the two different cribs is.....FREE !
My sister gave me the sleigh crib, dresser, & changing dresser ( was her sons) it looks brand new ! My mom had a crib she used for him at her house but he never slept in it once. She gave me that crib !! I really got lucky with not having to buy any furniture :) and the wood matches BONUS !
