Happy Birthday baby.  I sure hope that this is a better year for you .  I realize that you go thru a lot and never really complain.  I'm sure this year you will get some answers.  I just wish that you didn't have to go thru all of the pain, I would trade places with you if I could.  But being that I can't all I can say is I'll be there for you, if God wills it.  I love you and really want you to have a pain free life.  Love you.  Mom
