Love the beaver!!

I live in New Hampshire and am really interested in wildlife.  I have many many creatures visit me in the middle of the night.  Sometimes I look out and see eyes shining in the woods.

Have to make sure the cats are in at night.

I love your artwork.  You are amazing!

Beavers have very short necks so once I slip my arm under their armpits and lift, they're kind of stuck. They still like to swing the tail around though.

You look great Irene! Aren't beavers kind of nasty though? Like he might try to bite you?

The beavers we get in are injured or sick. I did have one beaver that was a bit cranky. Even though they're short and chubby, they can swing around pretty quickly, especially when I'm trying to get one out of the swim tank.
