it is looking much better...it does look like it is puffed out or is it the angle of the shot with the lighting?

Wow that look great!!! Once the hair grow back you wont even see it.

it is kind of puffed out....but its not really swollen, as far as I or anyone else can tell...a little has to do with the lighting as well.
