I know this is a link http://www.medhelp.org/user_photos/show/250219?personal_page_id=197028&photo_collection_id=20895
to a diagram but look back and forth btwn the 2, I am sure u will see what is going on...u deff have a retroflexed odontoid and looks like possible start of kinking of the brain stem.... again not being in the medical profession I am going on comparing what I was shown with pics like these.....u have over crowding.

Look at the pic of the brain I sent the link for...u will see the brain stem under the pons is straight but bcuz ur odontoid bone is retroflexed toward the back of ur head it causes a slight curve in the brain stem....the longer this is left go and depending on the position of ur head it pushes that bone into the brain stem, that bend or curve is called kinking.....some may be more kinked then urs and y I said looks like the start of it.
Yes overcrowding means the CSF can not flow as freely bcuz ur skull is most likely smaller then it should be,,,,and the retorflexed odontoid also makes the space at the foreman manmum

No worries, it is when u compare it to a pic of a normal MRI u can see more what is meant by many of the terms.
