This is my A1C# 5.3% on 12.12 2012, achieved by (6,12,12) but i don't want this lifestyle,. it's no life for me. I cannot eat almost anything . Now I can eat a lots of non diabetic diets, like bacon, rice, pasta, cake.. and still my A1C is about 5.6% . I am not taking any T2 meds nor Insulin shots and I don't have any nerve pain like before, 4 years ago. How ? I have been self treated 3 years ago. and I plan to take the OGTT test in the fall of 2014 to see if I am clinically cured from T2 . I strongly believe I will pass the OGGT test.

I wanted to add that as of jan.2013, my carb intake is (40,50,50) and my BS two hours after meal readings are almost always less than 120mg/dl .
