We grow them in the greenhouse where I work...not this particular variety although I sure wish we did....it would keep me smiling all day!!

I work at a local landscaping/garden centre in the country.  5 acres of woods and stream.  I worked in the financial district for over 22 years and it just didn't fit.  I lost that last job due to addiction.  Another door was opened for me here.  It's my 3rd season and I just love it.  It's like my church, with all of creation around me.  Basically, I manage the business, and get to do some potting and get my hands dirty!!!

I work north of Cobourg, in a little town called Baltimore, about 10k north of Cobourg on Hwy 45...nice to have a neighbour on the forum!!  We just finished setting up 1270 bare root trees and shrubs, heeling them in...by old body is run down tonight!!!  Hubby had Chinese food waiting, bless....

Well isn't this just WUNNERFUL!!  I love the smell of orchids.....not to mention THIS particular hybrid's smiley face, huh?  What a great job you have now.....I love to get my hands in the dirt.  Though my ole body hasn't been able to since 2008....I plan on getting "well enough" to be able to do it again.!  I LOVE flowers and seeds and planting and anything to do with creation and all it's magnificence!  Sounds like you have a pretty amazing hubby too.....work all day and Chinese food waiting?  He's a keeper......you go girl......
