Abnormal Brain Scan

I am trying to find answers for a recent MRI I had done of my brain. I have Chiari Malformation Type1. I have gotten a copy of my MRI and I noticed this image while looking through my brain MRI. It looks very abnormal to me, but the radiologist did not mention anything about it in the report? Is anyone able to help me figure out what is going on here?
