How precious...It's definitely a little hamburger bun.  I would suppose what looks like a big mass is the placenta.  Very clear picture there.  Looks like the girls seem to have some space left in the uterus to wiggle around.  Congrads again.  I am so amazed at ANY woman that can carry more than one baby at a time.  Wow, what a feat!
