Hi there! What was going on? Anything wrong? Holidays? I see you've lost then 3 pounds in about a week - that's gOOOOOOOd!!! If your partner says you look great - it's already excellent! My husband also says me the same, but I see I SHOULD have less weight. My BMI is already 24, but I want 21. So, some more kilos to lose...

I was on holidays as well and then changed my target date. Advise you to do the same - otherwise it is demotivating.
