Just a quick note to say hi! What do you do for your extra chest mucous? I find that if I don't drink enough fluids I get a lot extra mucous buildup in my chest and spend the next couple of days getting it back in reasonable order, through fluids. tons of coughing and extra inhaler.

Hi .. my kids have asthma and I use the tracker, too.  Nice Job charting the peak flows and meds.   I love the tracker .. it is so helpful when I have to call the Doctor with the info right in front of me .. I used to use scraps of paper and now it's organized in one easy place!!!!
