Hey there, I know how hard it is, please don't beat yourself up too bad.... you can do this....I wish I could say/write something more profound, but the words just won't come to me... I just know that personally, it's been real easy to pound myself into the ground over the relapse, and just wanted to tell you, that it's not worth it.... I believe these setbacks are just a part of the big picture, and will only make you stronger in the end... keep your head up buddy, you/we can/will do this, I know it:)peace~B

Opiates are the hardest thing in the world to quit so Congrats to you!!!! Keep up the good work and you will feel back to normal in a few more weeks!!!
