Just a quick note to say hi! And to let you know that I may be on the same situation... I started with 139lb, down to 127lb and back some times to 128 0r 129... when I do not walk 4 miles ... or + daily, or of course, eat ice cream... at night... But, I am keeping a nutritionist appointments, to help me be on track...every 4 to 6 wks.. Yesterday, I had one, and she ask me to add biking -(30 min, instead of everyday walks). Well, we will see! Tracking the walks and food diary is so boring...but when I stop the results are depressing.. (gain lbs) Keep your goals. My is the same.. 119 for the nutritionist and 105lb for me!
