New HIV worry

I received and performed oral sex on a man two days ago. For many hours, and it was all quite rough. There was **** drinking involved as well. I asked him to get tested for HIV and syphilis, and his HIV turned out to be positive. I started PEP (Dolutegravir, lamivudine, tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate) 24 hours after the incident. I am freaking out again, as the lab guy said the person's infection seems to be new as the rapid test showed weakly positive, and that it should be confirmed by western blot. If it's a new infection, the viral load will likely be very high. He did not ejaculate in my mouth, but there was a lot of precum

See a mental health therapist. Your thinking is illogical, and it prevents you from listening to the advice.

No you don't have ARS. Move on.

I know it is very similar to the past incident, but this time the guy is newly infected. And the acts were very rough, although consensual. I am vaccinated against Hepatitis B. Can I still catch it if he has it? The doctor who gave me hep b vaccines (3 of them, spaced out across 6 months) said South Indians often don't generate enough antibodies for the vaccine. By the way, I would like to thank all of you for supporting me all these years. I couldn't be more grateful, and I will absolutely miss this site when it shuts down this month.
