Lower back pain, pelvic pain, discharge for a year HELP!!!!!

For the last year I have had left lower back pain, left pelvic pain, yellowish-green discharge, and something like skin after my period.  I also spot occasionally after sex.  In may I had an ultrasound and they said I had a solid mass on my left ovary.  In June they went to take it out and it was gone.  My CA125 was OK.  I am still having pain and it is getting worse.  I am 28 and I do have HPV, but my doctor seems to think there is nothing majorly wrong.  My grandma died of ovarian cancer and I am sick of feeling this!  Help!!!  Any suggestions!!!!!

Hello
Well I am not sure but I had The same problem with the pain. My Dr. said that I had Pelvic pain. It caused bloating, back pain pain durning intercourse. I only had my right ovary left. He said I had alot of scar tissue. Well on Friday I had my ovary taken out and the scar tissue and I had blatter surgery. Hopefully that will take care of everything.

Another ultrasound would probably help to see if there's anything going on or not. Maybe you should ask for another one?
Take care,

Unfortunately there isn't any good way to scan for ovarian cancer. If I were you I'd get a second opinion. Can't hurt? Peace of mind! Take care!
