All tests negative but something IS wrong

My right clavicle projects outward almost a half inch more than my left and is very painful thru to where it meets the sternum.  There are also two bumps in my right chest that have grown in size 3x over the past several months (issues started back in Feb this year).
I've had a bone scan, mri, cat scan, and ultrasound to try to see what the issue is but they've all come back indicaing there is nothing wrong.  Thought the bumps could be related to costalchondritis, but even that would have shown up on imaging. I've gone up two bra sizes just to accomodate the right breast (mammo does show something but the radiologist is not concerned) due to chest swelling.  There are times when it feels I am only swollowing on my left side as the right side of my neck likes to swell as well.  Recently I've experienced a decrease of appetite because of nausea -- I eat, I just don't eat as often or as much as normal because I always feel like I might bring it back up.  No meds relieve the pain and swelling.
Bone scan showed existing hip degeneration and new shoulder degeneration.  CAT scan did show liver cysts (one being 9mm)and that my right lung is not fully inflated, but is not related to my clavicle (or is it?).  MRI showed nothing at all.  Ultrasound showed fibro cyst changes which is why the new mammo (stated above).
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

that wasn't explained.  I've had fibro's for about 22 yrs.  previous mammos did not show anything new -- this is the first time I've been told 'something' was found.
