My TSH level is .03, what does that mean?

I recently got my TSH level checked due to the urging of my primary care doctor.  The level was .03.  I'm confused as to what this means.  Is it hypo or hyper?

This suggests hyperthyroid -- would repeat TSH along with T4 and T3 to determine degree of hyperthyroidism and confirm diagnosis.

more on the hyper side. do you have hyper symptoms? also, are you currently on medicine for this? what prompted your doctor to get tested?
