Any help would be appreciated...

My very concerned and very well intentioned sister signed on yesterday and expressed the need for guidance on behalf of our family, which is very much appreciated and I love her for it, however some of the facts got a bit jumbled and may or may not make a difference in the kinds of helpful hints offered.   My 7 year old son who has recently been diagnosed as having ADHD, was recently suspended from school due to inappropriately touching some girls in his class.  The school is requiring a "Student safety evaluation/risk assessment" in order for him to return to school which includes a psych eval.  I am running into one road block after another trying to get this accomplished as I am unable to find a Psycologist who is willing/able due to liability to perform this type of assesment.  The school does know of the diagnosis as I have told them, we are still in the process of getting it to them in writing. The school was also aware that he was scheduled to begin meds on a specified day, unfortunately it happened to fall on the day after this incident occured at school.  We have had the school test my son for learning disabilities, although he does not qualify for special education, he  is behind enough that his Psycologist is requesting that the school provide additional learning assistance.  My son's current Psychologist (evaluating for the ADHD) is legally unable to do this type of eval due to liability to the hospital, and the eval that he has done for the ADHD is unacceptable to the school for this issue.  Let me also state that after discussing this with the doc, he has said that after all of the sessions he has had with my son, he does not believe that my son has at any time or is currently being sexually molested/abused in any way, he believes that it is curiosity (normal for this age) coupled with the inability to control his impulsivities and understand what is appropriate (due to the ADHD).   He referred me to a resource center only to be told that due to their funding, they cannot handle cases outside of King County...we are in Snohomish County...she is checking into further options for us.  I then asked the school counselor for a referral, she gave me the number of another resource center that gave me more numbers to check out which all turned into dead ends.  The principal of the school gave me the name of a Doc that he wanted me to take my son to and assured me that he would perform the evaluation, turns out when I called to set up an appointment I was told that he does not work with children as young as my son.  I am now in limbo waiting to see if there is a possibility that this doc has any referrals.  I am desperately trying to find someone to help my son so I can get him back into school.  If there is anyone that knows of a Psycologist in the Seattle area or Snohomish County that is willing/able to perform a school safety evaluation/risk assessment for a 7yr old, please, please let me know.
