Synaptol
I would like to know if I can give Synaptol to an adhd child and expect some results by giving her 1 dose instead of 2 as the bottle instructs.

Her meds work well during the day, but we need something that will carry her thru the evening and we thought of 1 dose Synaptol around 4 pm.

Frankly, looking at the ingredients in Synaptol - I doubt if it would do much of anything.  However, it probably won't hurt (except in the pocket book) to try it.
Doctors can do a lot with dose changes (or even medication changes)  to prolong the effects of the meds.  Don't be afraid to talk to your doctor.   What is she taking now?
